The Challenge
Every Friday, a senior accountant would spend most of the morning pulling figures from Xero, a spreadsheet tracker, two Google Sheets, and a payroll system — then building a formatted report to send to each client. What We Built
We built a data pipeline that connects all five sources and normalises the data into a single schema. A live dashboard gives the team a real-time view of every client's position. On Friday morning, the system auto-generates each client's weekly report and sends it — formatted, personalised, and accurate — without anyone touching it.
The Outcome
The practice now produces 22 client reports in under 5 minutes, entirely automatically. The senior accountant reclaimed 10 hours per week. Client feedback on the reports was immediately positive — they arrive earlier and with more detail than before.
