The Challenge
The firm was juggling applicant data across three separate systems: a spreadsheet for tracking, email threads for client feedback, and a separate calendar tool for interviews. Information was constantly out of sync, feedback was getting lost, and the manual effort to keep everything updated was taking the recruitment team away from actually placing candidates.
What We Built
We built a bespoke web portal with two views: an internal recruiter dashboard and a client-facing portal. Clients log in to see their active applicants, leave structured feedback, and book interviews directly into the recruiter's Google Calendar. The whole system is connected — status changes update everywhere instantly.
The Outcome
The portal replaced all three previous tools within a week of going live. The team reported that client engagement with the process improved significantly — feedback turnaround time dropped from 3 days to same-day. Two new clients specifically mentioned the portal as a reason for choosing the firm over competitors.
